UPDATED DATES: Season 9 Format & Schedule
Participating teams will compete in CEVO’s signature eight week regular season format in an attempt to qualify for the online playoffs, and the chance to climb the ladder of ranked skill divisions to the prestigious Professional Division.

  • s9 Team Registration + Preseason (Monday, November 16th, 2015 - Friday, January 8th, 2016)
  • s9 Online Regular Season (Sunday, January 10th, 2016 – Thursday, March 10th, 2016)
  • s9 Online Playoffs (Monday, March 14th, 2016 - Monday, April 11th, 2016)

NOTE: Regular season schedules will be released during the evening hours on Friday, January 8th, 2016. After the first matches of the regular season are added, new schedules will be released 7 days in advance for divisions that play one match per week, and 14 days in advance for divisions that play two matches per week.

Skill Divisions & Prizes
Professional Division (NA/EU Invite only skill division) - Details coming very soon!
CEVO-P is our most prestigious division and consists of only the very best teams from North America and Europe. Teams can earn invites to this division through their performance in our previous seasons and/or the off-season Professional Placement Tournament. CEVO-P teams compete in an 8 week regular season where the top 4 placing teams (per region) qualify to compete for top cash prize pool on LAN.

Main Division (NA/EU Restricted skill divisions) - $20.00 (Early Bird) / $25.00 per player - $7,500.00 prize pool (per region)
CEVO-M is our premium pay-to-play restricted skill division consisting of 48 very highly skilled and experienced teams looking for serious, near-professional competition. Teams can qualify to play in this division through their performance in the previous season, and sometimes through our off-season tournaments. CEVO-M teams will play two matches per week on Sundays & Wednesdays in both North America and Europe across one conference (per region) and compete for cash prizes. The top 6 teams in this division will also qualify for the s10 Professional Placement Tournament.

1st (60%) - $4,500.00 + automatic invite to s10 Professional Placement Tournament
2nd (27%) - $2,025.00 + automatic invite to s10 Professional Placement Tournament
3rd (13%) - $975.00 + automatic invite to s10 Professional Placement Tournament

Intermediate Division (NA/EU Open entry skill divisions) - $12.50 (Early Bird) / $15.00 per player - $4,000.00 prize pool (per region)
CEVO-IM
 is our intermediary premium pay-to-play skill division open to ALL teams in both Europe and North America. It's designed for experienced teams seeking serious competitive play. CEVO-IM teams will play two matches per week on Mondays & Thursdays in both North America and Europe across one conference (per region) for cash prizes and the chance to move up to the CEVO-M skill division based on their performance in Season 8.

1st (60%) - $2,400.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division
2nd (27%) - $1,080.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division
3rd (13%) - $520.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division

CEVO-A
 is our entry level premium pay-to-play skill division open to ALL teams in North America and now in Europe for Season 8. It's designed for both new and experienced teams seeking casual competitive play. Teams in this division will play only one match per week on Wednesday evenings in three conferences across North America (East, Central, and West) and compete for cash prizes and the chance to move up to the CEVO-IM/M skill divisions based on their performance in Season 8.

1st (60%) - $600.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division
2nd (27%) - $270.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division
3rd (13%) - $130.00 + automatic moveup to s10 Main skill division
4th-6th - 1 month FREE CEVO MVP coupon for each player on roster + automatic moveup to s10 Intermediate skill division
4th-32nd - automatic moveup to s10 Intermediate skill division

Best-of-one VETO PROCESS
New for Season 9 - each of our premium skill divisions (A, IM, and M) will play all regular season games as a best-of-one (bo1) map match using the current Valve Major map pool of de_dust2, de_inferno, de_train, de_mirage, de_cobblestone, de_cache, and de_overpass.

Maps will be decided inside of the CEVO CS:GO client prior to each match with our map veto system outlined below.

1) Home Team bans one map
2) Away Team bans one map
3) Home Team bans one map
4) Away Team bans one map
5) Home Team bans one map
6) Away Team bans one map
7) The remaining map in the pool will be played (knife for sides)

Your team will still be scheduled for the regular season regardless of how many forfeits you have accumulated during the preseason.
